        How to submit new support ticket 
        
          - Click on NEW SUPPORT TICKET
 
          - Complete the mandatory fields
 
          - Submit your query
 
          - You will receive email notifications if the status of your ticket is changing

        Review your existing queries 
        
          - Click on MY TICKETS and login with your email address and password
 
          - Select the request you wish to modify or review
 
          - If you wish to modify the ticket, submit your updates. If you don't have an account yet, click on the Sign-in with us option to register
 
          - Enter your full name and email address and the number that is displayed in the CAPTCHA field
 
          - You will receive an email with the account activation link in our destination email address; click on the link to activate your account and define your secure password
 
          - Upon successful registration, login with your email address and apssword; follow instructions 1-3.
