To request a Coupon creation for Magento stores 

1. Download here the attached file Coupon_Request.xlsx

2. Read the  instruction and fill al the required fields in column B  into Coupon_request sheet

3. Create a new case assigned to Administración de tienda Group and assign a country. Attach the filled form.

4. Our agent will contact with you if more details are requested and create and notify when the coupon has been created.

Please take note

1. Country lead should has suppliers previous approval before to activate the coupon. This include to ensure that suppliers complete all technical steps required to coupon works. 

2. If suppliers has technical issues with coupons received, should  be reported to Technical Support. 

3. Coupon should be requested with a minimum of 48 working hours before start date. Coupons will be only activated after this time. 

3. Store Admin Team will test the coupon in internal test (just into the stores).

4. If a supplier test is required, please include instruction in case. Supplier test is conditioned to suppliers team availability. 

5. If business decides extend dates in coupon please register a new case with coupon code and new end date.
